- Each single time you proceed to the toilet beverage eight mouthfuls of water to replace the lost fluid as well as take a detour to the kitchen
- Have a drink of water (four or five mouthfuls) only prior to going to sleep
- So make an effort to not deprive your body in order for it to reach this point, thirst is a symptom of dehydration
- Enhance your fluid intake by eating vegetables and watery fruit, for example cucumber and watermelon, and contain smoothies, soups and stews in your diet
- Avoid caffeinated beverages and high sugar drinks as these can really worsen dehydration.
